Terms of Service
By purchasing any "Egg My Yard" service/product, I agree to permit Ranger’s Reach volunteers to distribute plastic eggs at the address I provided on the date agreed upon. I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for inspecting the contents of the eggs, which may include small toys and/or candy, to determine their suitability for the intended recipients. I understand that Ranger’s Reach assumes no liability for any allergic reactions, choking hazards, or any other risks arising from the consumption or use of the egg contents. In the event that Ranger’s Reach volunteers determine that my property presents an unsafe or hazardous condition, they reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to withhold services without refund. By completing this purchase, I agree to release and hold harmless Ranger’s Reach, its volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to my participation in this fundraiser.
Delivery Information
- All orders will be delivered after dusk on April 4th.
- We are offering delivering to League City, Friendswood, Pearland, Alvin, Webster, Clear Lake, Seabrook, Kemah, San Leon, Pasadena, Dickinson, Texas City, and surrounding areas.
Special Candy Requests
While we’re happy to accommodate special candy requests, a $15 fee applies. Please purchase the separate "special request" listing in addition to your order.
